At night is less enemies, but for this mission if you are in trouble just simply change between either of the available maps to complete the mission. The servers are much less busy at night, although it might mess with your sleep schedule.

Took me 30 minutes per 20.000.000 damage.

Quest 89: "Death Comes Past"

Personally this took me four days. With the amount of cheaters in the game it really shouldn't be thet difficult even if you aren't very good at PvP.

Quest 96: "Back in the Bosom"
Complete in order:

Easily done within one gate but it's very hard to find a group for this gate on any server.
Can be done on any map.
Quest 97: "What Will it Be?"
- Destroy Boss Sibelon: 150
Equals 240,000,000 total damage.
- Destroy Uber Sibelon: 60
Equals 192,000,000 total damage.
- Collect Plasmide: 100
Despite the name of the mission, you must do all three tasks.
Quest 98: "Last Resort"
- Destroy Uber Annihilator: 100
Equals 400,000,000 total damage but since you will use SAB, it will be more.
Takes around 3 hours if you focus purely on doing it. - Promerium, double boosters and a lot of patience is needed.
Equals just under 51 if no one else attacks it.
Quest 99: "We Live in Your Nightmares"
Complete in order:
on enemy x-6 map
Takes around 170 Cubikons in total if you get most Protegits.
Between 12 and 14 hours on my personal experience.
Note: In a group this mission will be less than 3 hours long if you camp one Cubikon for the Protegits.
Quest 100: "Compromising Invasion"
Complete in order:

I won't add any notes about this gate except it involves some new aliens and very hard motherships.
